About Therapy
Who Is Therapy For
Therapy is for anyone who wishes to feel vitality again, to reconnect with themselves and their body, to know themselves more deeply, and to live with greater awareness.
It is for those experiencing tension, exhaustion, stagnation, or physical pain, as well as those struggling with anxiety, fatigue, sleeplessness, or a loss of deeper meaning.
It may be especially helpful for:
For anyone who feels the need for deeper regeneration, restoration, and reconnection with their body.
How Therapy Works
Scientific research confirms that behind most chronic illnesses lies long-term tension stored in the body. When the body has no space to release, it begins to speak through symptoms.
Injuries, suppressed emotions, and the loss of authenticity often lead to inner tension, anxiety, depression, burnout, inflammation, sleeplessness, and a wide range of physical manifestations.
Therapy is a path back to oneself – to breath, to body, to inner peace.
It is an invitation to be with yourself exactly as you are, in this moment.
What I Offer
Individual and group therapeutic sessions, both in person and online, which include:
With years of experience in therapeutic Thai massage, I integrate acupressure techniques refined through my studies and practice in Thailand. My sessions focus on releasing tension held in the neck, shoulders, spine, and lower back, allowing the body to unwind and the nervous system to return to balance.
The acupressure I use can vary from deeper to lighter, depending on your needs. At times, I may use bamboo sticks to apply gentle, even pressure, helping the tissues soften more deeply while inviting you to deepen your breath and bring prana and oxygenated blood into areas of tension.
Each session weaves together touch, breath awareness, and mindful presence, encouraging relaxation and integration. This work is subtle yet profound supporting the integration of emotional and physical experiences, calming the mind, and awakening the body’s natural capacity to heal.
My work bridges Eastern and Western healing traditions, where anatomy meets awareness and science meets stillness. This approach blends intuitive touch, breath, and presence with an understanding of the nervous system and trauma, creating space for the body to remember its natural harmony.
